ROOM 9 — THE DESK

The drawer sticks, then gives all at once. Inside: a small brass key, a pencil worn down to the length of a finger, and a photograph of a door. The door in the photograph is the door to this room, from the outside. Someone stood in the hall and took it. You don't know why that bothers you.
